SHIPPING PRODUCTS

Deliveries of orders throughout Greece are made through:
1) the courier company Speedex or the courier company General Post Office within 1-5 working days, with shipping costs of € 3.00. For orders over € 29.99 shipping costs are FREE.

Note:
Orders completed on Friday or Saturday are delivered for delivery from Monday.

During the national holidays, there may be a delay in the delivery of orders.

If the payment method is COD, we inform our customers that if one order is not received, the next ones should be made exclusively by the use of debit / credit card or PAYPAL. If any of the following orders receive cash on delivery, it will be canceled immediately without notice.


RETURNS AND CHANGES

You can return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt. In case of return of the clothes, fill in the special Return Form that is inside the product packaging in order to inform us about the reasons for the return and the way you want us to serve you. In the Return Form you are given the following alternatives:


A) Replacement.
First contact Dressy by phone to confirm the availability of the product you want. Then call the courier company Speedex, with which we work, and send the products you want to return to the return address: “Dressy March 25th Galatas Trizinias, PC 180-20, tel.22980-42156 ”.For the first change the return is FREE (with recipient charge). Then place a new order by writing in the comments CHANGE. Once we receive your return, we will send you your new order. You are only charged the shipping costs of the new order. In a period of discounts, changes related to purchases from the online store are made at the price at which the customer purchased the product.

B) Refund.
We will refund your money to the bank account you will tell us or to the Vivawallet account from which the payment was made or to the credit card with which you made the payment within 10 working days from the day your refund is processed. Processing by the quality control department can take 1-2 days (not including weekends).Money back in discount periodis made at the price the customer bought the product.
In this case the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

C) Credit of the value of the product you returned to the account you have in our online store in order use it in your next purchase. The credit will be made within three days from the date of receipt of the products in our warehouses. (option Credit on the Return Form). During the discount period, changes related to purchases from the online store are made at the price the customer bought the product.

All returned products must be in their original quality condition and their tabs must not have been removed.

The responsibility for the return of products to the warehouses of Dressy lies solely with the customer. That's why you have to make sure the product is very well packaged when it is returned. After we receive the product, we will process your request immediately and we will inform you by e-mail about its processing.
