1. GENERAL INFORMATION
www.dressy.gr is the official website and the official online store of Giorgio Collection, which belongs to the company "Georgios Papargyris" based in Galata Troizinia, March 25, tel +302298042156
Before browsing our website, we invite you to carefully read the following terms and conditions of the company. Make sure you agree with them because the further navigation and use of our website implies your express and unconditional consent and agreement with all the terms of the company. In case of disagreement or reservation regarding all or part of these terms, you can send a relevant e-mail to info@dressy.gr before browsing and/or making the transaction, otherwise your acceptance of all terms is considered unreserved.
2. GENERAL TERMS
The site includes material and content that belongs exclusively to the company and is protected by the Law. All the contents of the site (including texts, graphics, images, photos and software) are the intellectual property of the company and are protected by Greek and International Legislation. Any copying, reproduction and retransmission of the material is prohibited without the written permission of the company. Its appearance on the website should in no way be understood as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.
Our company reserves the right to modify, renew or upgrade at any time and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor (in whole or in part): a) part or all of these terms of use, b) part or all of the content of www .jour.gr and c) part or all of the interface, structure or configuration of www.jour.gr as well as its technical specifications. Also, the company reserves the right at any time, without justification and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor, to cancel, suspend or terminate the operation of www.dressy.gr. The user/consumer/consumer acknowledges and unconditionally accepts all of the above by only browsing and/or using our services.
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by court order, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in effect. The online store that operates on the www.dressy.gr website displays and sells products under the DRESSY brand. The company reserves the right to freely choose the products it displays on www.dressy.gr and to modify, renew and/or withdraw them at any time and without prior notice. The same applies to its pricing policy, any offers and discounts which it may choose and carry out freely as well as modify, renew and/or withdraw at any time and without prior notification and/or meeting a deadline.
4. METHODS OF PAYMENT
You can pay in the following ways: Paypal/Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express), COD (cash on delivery), Bank deposit
Your card may not be accepted for the following reasons:
- The card has expired. Check that this is not the case.
- The credit limit has been used up. Check with your bank that you have not exceeded your credit limit.
Payment via Paypal
PayPal is a secure way to buy, send and receive money online. It is available in over 190 countries and allows payments in 21 currencies, making it an ideal solution for international transactions. Customers who already have a Paypal account and wish to complete their order by paying via Paypal, can select the 'Pay via Paypal' option during the payment method selection process. New PayPal customers will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete their registration and will then be able to select 'Pay via PayPal'. Those who sign up for a Paypal account will need to accept/sign a relevant billing agreement that will allow commercial companies to draw their payments directly from Paypal. Cash on delivery
By choosing this method you pay in cash for the received products to the courier at the applicable fee.
By deposit in a Bank Account.
Choosing this way to complete your order you must deposit the entire amount to one of our bank accounts below and send us a copy of the bank order to the email info@dressy.gr
5. SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Orders can be picked up at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.)
or from our store (March 25, Galatas Troizinia). In the case of collection from the store, shipping is free and the order must be made via email/messenger/telephone.
Shipping time depends on the delivery method you have chosen. Collections from the store take place within 1 to 2 working days, standard shipments within 1 to 3 working days. In cases where the product is not immediately available or in remote areas of the country the delivery time may be slightly affected. During sales and holidays, shipping times may be longer.
Delivery from the store is free. Normal distribution is charged with 4.5 euros within Attica and for the rest of Greece. For purchases over Euros, shipping is free.
We will send you a confirmation email when the order leaves the warehouse, a second one with a tracking code and a link to the distribution company's website, and finally the distributor will contact you by sms or email to inform you about the distribution.
6. RETURN POLICY
DEFECTIVE product
Before each of our shipments, a thorough inspection of our products is carried out.
In the event that you notice a defect in the product you received, inform us by email info@dressy.gr or by phone at 2298042156 strictly within three working days so that we can inform you of the replacement process.
Shipping costs are covered by us, but no refunds are given.
Wrong size
Before each purchase, make sure you have selected the correct number.

In the event that a wrong measurement has been made, please inform us via email info@dressy.gr or by phone at 2298042156 so we can inform you of the replacement process.
Shipping costs are not covered by us.
A size can be exchanged, you can choose another product of equal monetary value or we can give you a credit voucher.
We do not accept returns on worn products.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
For any other reason you would like to return your order please contact us by email or phone and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
dressy.gr reserves the right to reject returns that are outside the time limit or if the products are not in the same condition as when they were received.
In case of doubt regarding the condition of the returned products (worn or damaged) the change of the products will not be accepted in order to avoid their abusive return.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
A necessary condition for the initiation of mediation between us is the disclosure by you of some of your personal information. In this way, in the context of carrying out your transactions and our communication with you, your personal data is collected by www.dressy.gr for the completion and execution of orders, invoicing, facilitating deliveries, serving any of your requests, as well as sending relevant informational messages about our products and services.
All your personal information collected through the special electronic form is absolutely necessary for the performance of the above services on our part and is subject to the condition of your full and unconditional consent/consent, which is provided by sending the personal your data to us.
At any time you are able to access this data as well as request its immediate deletion. You can also at any time exercise all your rights from articles 11-13 of Law 2472/1997.
The company keeps your information only for the period of time you are a registered user of our website and/or for the period of time you carry out transactions with us. All data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe from the user and/or complete the transaction with us.

This Agreement will be governed by Greek Law and for all potential disputes, the courts of Athens are exclusively competent.
